Craniosacral therapy is a hands-on practice using a gentle touch to treat the craniosacral system, consisting of the bones, membranes and cerebrospinal fluid in the cranium/brain, the spine/spinal cord and the sacrum/tailbone, as well as the attached bones and membranes. When the body feels safe, the nervous system can get out of the flight/fright/freeze state and reset. CST can treat headache, blockages, intestinal/digestive complaints, sleep disorder, chronic fatigue, burn-out, stress, emotional problems. This therapy helps women, men, pregnant women, mother and baby and children. For a pregnant woman and her baby after birth, the gentle hands-on therapy is soothing and relaxing and helps to settle after the eventual trauma from birth, or with breastfeeding issues, colic, reflux and difficult sleeping. For older children, this therapy can help with trauma patterns, attention issues, learning difficulties, ADHD.

This is a workshop for women from menarche into menopause. Learn this unique set of exercises developed by 94 years young Dinah Rodrigues, to rebalance your hormone levels. A combination of dynamic breathing, body locks, circulation of energy and specific postures targeting the ovaries, thyroid, adrenals and pituitary gland. The 30 minutes set is very effective for tackling high stress levels, infertility, PMS, low or high thyroid hormone levels, menopause, depression and other symptoms of hormonal imbalance.
Conscious Pregnancy yoga class (60 min) (Temporary Unavailable): THB 3,200
A moment of pure bliss, away from the busy life to prepare yourself for birthing and beyond. The gently stretches and dynamic postures build up nervous, glandular and muscular strength and allow you to cope with increased blood volume and the changing hormone levels. The relaxation with gong feels like a safe harbour for you and your baby, while the meditation allows you to touch upon your soul and baby’s soul.
